Many people don’t see the value in having a great website, and think they can easily put together one using some of the build it yourself tools available. Then when they don’t see much return on their work, they feel justified for not spending money on a professional.

I’ve always told people that a bad website is worse than no website at all.

The reason is simple. You are the best at your business. (Or we hope you are!) You know all about what you offer and why you are great. You may not be an expert on websites. That’s where a professional comes in. We know what people are looking for when they come to your website. We know how to design so that a website meets the needs of the user. We know how to effectively use whitespace, where to put the call-to-action, and exactly why your phone number should be clearly available on the website.

Effective web design is about more than making a website pretty, it’s about strategy. It’s about how to engage your visitors and turn them into customers. And if you haven’t been making websites for a living, you may not be aware of how to create that strategy and doing the website yourself may not be successful.

We want to know who your customer is so we can create a website that meets their needs. We can to find a way to build your credibility so your site visitors feel comfortable taking the next step. Simply posting your services and phone number on a website doesn’t convey your value or build credibility.

If you haven’t had good luck with your DIY website builder, maybe it’s time to hire a professional web design company to help increase your return on investment. Your current website may be hurting your conversions or hindering your sales.
