Patterns and palettes

Humans have been attracted to repetitive and geometric patterns throughout our history. Patterns were found on cave walls, in Egyptian pyramids and are in our everyday art, décor and lifestyles. Use symmetrical patterns to highlight imagery that would be featured in the center of a page or use muted colors with a small or soft pattern as a background image with a text overlay. There are so many pattern options to choose from you could create patterned designs from now until eternity.
