When do I pay for my website?
We take 50% of your estimate when we receive your contract. Once a design mock up is approved, we collect the other 50%. Any additional fees incurred are paid when the site is completed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds on completed sites. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory mock-up design in a reasonable period of time, we will refund your initial deposit minus the hourly cost for the time we spent creating your design.
What if I need help after my site is finished?
We are always here. We are happy to help you keep your site running smoothly. Maintenance is billed at $35 an hour.
I live far away, is that a problem?
Not at all. We work with clients all over the country. As long as you have access to email and a web browser, we can usually work without ever needing to meet.
